Prauge Pictures

The first picture is Joe next to a HUGE church near Parliment.

The second picture is of a famous walking bridge. The Charles bridge, it was built in the 1300's. Our hosts house is only a few blocks from this bridge.

And the third picture is our sleeping quaters right in the middle of Prauge. YES!!!!

  1. The city looks beautiful. Your place of residence seems really modern with an old look (vaulted ceilings).

All is well here. There has been something of a heat wave in the last few days. I think it got up to 87 today and hotter tomorrow.

Abe is saying words like "ball", "book", "dog", "cat", "anka"(short for Sri Lanka. Seriously)

I can't wait to see where you go next.

    Blessings,
    Jag

  2. I LOVED Prague! You forgot to mention that the Charles Bridge is also the bridge Tom Cruise ran across during Mission Impossible. :)

I love the pic of the flat. So THAT is what Joe looks like pre-gel!

  3. Joe- I think it's funny you get so many hair comments. If only they knew the bleached blonde, longer haired, never washed Joe that we know and love...Who knew you'd become known for your slick dress and faux-hawk. I think this no showering for days is just bringing you back to your Missoula roots. Pretty soon you'll complete the throwback by wearing size 42 jeans, and people will really be shocked. :) We love you guys. And miss you tons. A&T

  4. Joe & Smash,

Oh aren't you both so cute. With your long hair, overgrown beard, stinky underwear, smelly close and random sleeping arragements....ahh...isn't love grand?! ha ha.

Sounds like you are stilll going well. :-) I still have to really stop and think about the fact that you guys are 1/2 way around the world living in other people's houses!! crazy stuff!

Clint started the nursery this weekend....I have to go pick out paint colors...I am so horrible at that. :-) I think I am going to go buy the crib bedding today. Only 9 weeks left!! It's crazy that little Trinity will be here before we know it. We are so excited!!! Aunt Smash and Uncle Joe better hurry up and get home though!

I bought a camera, so I'll try to email you some pics this week..I love ya and miss ya both!

    Love, Aubs (& Trinity)

    love you both

  5. Hey guys!! I am so happy for you and soooo jelous! I moved and haven't had internet but I am finally re-connected to the information super highway. Life without technology is bad.

I love the pictures and your comments. I agree, gelato is amazing, espcially cheap gelato. After reading your blogs I had to take myself off of all my airline search engines for fear of an impulse plane ticket moment (it has been know to happen)

Gustav and I are still thinking about joining the floating hostle in Greece, just depends on school and work. P.S., grad school, a lot of work, no one told me. :)

I miss you both so much!I am glad you have returned to the Missoula hippie roots, it is totally okay to not shower for a few days. At some point the hair greese can even replace product and your golden!
Keep us all updated of your travels. Love, Shipley
